Founded in 2008, the Sunny Plast brand is in a constant development process, focused on producing a various range for the manufacture of PVC systems for PVC windows, doors, PVC window sills and PVC paneling, in order to meet the need of an ever-changing market demand.
The SUNNY PLAST profiles use high-quality colour pigments for
the exterior decorative foil, both in the basic foil, as well as for the
printing inks, incorporating the latest solar protection
technology.
These pigments employed provide a higher stability of the colour,
diminish the fading overtime, reduce heat accumulation within
profiles and improve the foil’s weathering resistance.
The printed or solid colour base is laminated with an acrylic top
layer which ultimately has a higher performance, while the base
layer of the product is coated with a primer for increasing the
profile’s adherence.The entire range of presented profiles can be
delivered in various colour options also.
